Dubbo is a city in the Orana Region of New South Wales, boasting a population of around 43,000 and is a key business, agricultural, and education hub for the district.
With rare and endangered animals from around the world, the renowned Taronga Western Plains Zoo is a must-see and is only a 10 minute drive from the city centre. Other attractions include the Old Dubbo Gaol, historic Dundullimal Homestead, and the Royal Flying Doctor Service base & information centre.

Various bus lines and public transit options - including train-to-bus services - are available at a competitive cost (although may take longer).
Venue and Accommodation
We plan to be hosting the 2026 Convention at the Dubbo RSL, located at 178 Brisbane Street.
The Dubbo RSL Motel - https://dubborslmotel.com.au/ has different room types available, and there are also dining, fitness, and leisure options onsite.
There are numerous hotels and accommodation options within easy walking distance of the RSL.
