Band Registrations are now opened for 2024

Please note that band registrations, and adding bandleaders/musicians to those bands, is a completely separate system. Simply registering a band or being registered in a band DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE ACTUALLY REGISTERED TO ATTEND THE CONVENTION! Band leaders and soloists are welcome to register their bands, however some limits and conditions may apply. Musicians are limited to a maximum of 8 bands. Bandleaders must contact all of the musicians they plan to list, confirm that they do plan to attend and that they are still within their 8 band limit. While requests from band leaders will be taken into account where possible, the number of available venues, timeslots, and other factors may mean not all requests can be fulfilled.
